Have a Las Vegas Kids Birthday Party

1. Duration: Giveaway will take place February 2025-December 2025 with (1) winner randomly selected each month.  
2. Prize: Winner receives a $75 Gift Certificate to be used in the Dinosaur Outpost Retail Store. Dinosaur Outpost will cover applicable taxes on the $75 value of the gift certificate. If the total value of items selected exceeds the $75 gift certificate, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference between the gift certificate value and the total purchase amount. Winner will be responsible for paying any taxes on the excess amount.
3. Entry Requirement: To enter the giveaway, participants must sign up for the Dinosaur Outpost Birthday Party Marketing Mailing List. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. No additional weight will be given to chances of winning for those who have or have not booked a party. One entry is permitted per household. Employees of Dinosaur Outpost and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
4. No Cash Value: The $75 gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
5. Exclusions: The gift certificate cannot be applied to admission tickets, Dino Dozen passes, or birthday parties. It is only valid for in-store retail merchandise in the Dinosaur Outpost Retail Store. Any items purchased with $75 Gift Certificate are non-refundable.
6. Usage Period: The gift certificate must be used within 30 days of winning and can only be redeemed in the Dinosaur Outpost Retail Store. Winner must use entire $75 gift certificate in one shopping trip. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be randomly selected each month for the length of the promotion. The drawing will take place on the first day of the following month. Example: February 2025 winner will be selected on March 1, 2025. The winner will be contacted by Dinosaur Outpost Management via the contact details provided at the time of entry. While participants must be 18 years or older to enter the giveaway, winners are permitted to transfer their $75 gift certificate to a minor for redemption.
8. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Photograph and Social Media Agreement: By accepting the $75 gift certificate, the winner agrees to be photographed with the items selected from the Retail Store and authorizes Dinosaur Outpost to post these images on Dinosaur Outpost social media accounts. If the winner transfers their $75 gift certificate to a minor, the minor’s parent and/or guardian must agree for the minor to be photographed with the items selected from the Retail Store and authorizes Dinosaur Outpost to post these images on Dinosaur Outpost social media accounts.
10. Response Time: The winner has 72 hours from the initial notification to respond to Dinosaur Outpost Management. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, they forfeit their prize, and another random draw will take place to select a new winner.
11. Liability: Dinosaur Outpost is not responsible for lost, late, or undeliverable responses, and is not liable for any injury or damage related to the use of the gift certificate.
