To embark on this thrilling journey into the world of dinosaurs, all guests 36" and taller must purchase a ticket for entry. It is recommended you buy your ticket online in advance.
Children shorter than 36" may still experience the wonders of Dinosaur Outpost, as there are only three exhibits they will not be able to participate in. No ticket is required for children shorter than 36".
A waiver is required for all members of your party to enter the Outpost. We highly recommend you fill out the waiver for everyone in your party in advance of coming to Dinosaur Outpost. This will save time at check-in so you can step through our time machine sooner.
In order to connect with your child over these prehistoric beasts, adults must also purchase tickets to Dinosaur Outpost. The experience offers entertainment and education suitable for all ages. From lifelike animatronic dinosaurs to interactive exhibits explaining paleontology and Earth's history, everyone can immerse themselves in the wonder of these ancient creatures.

Your Prehistoric Pass includes a journey back in time where you and your little ones can experience 30+ dinosaur themed interactive exhibits by playing and exploring together. All exhibits are included in your daily pass. Admission allows for all day, in and out access as long as you keep your wristband. Food, beverage, and Retail items are not included in the pass.
*Two exhibits have a height and/or weight restriction. Socks are required for soft play.
We encourage all guests purchase tickets and complete waivers online before arriving to ensure a faster check-in process. There's no need to print your tickets. We can easily scan them from your phone.
Dinosaur Outpost is a cashless venue, no exceptions. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. Please note: personal checks are not accepted.
Every adult, child, and infant who visits our facility must have a waiver in our system. To help speed up the check-in process, we strongly encourage all guests to complete their waivers online at DinosaurOutpost.com before arrival, even if you plan to purchase tickets in person. Waivers are valid for one calendar year from the date they are completed. Each adult must complete their own waiver. Adults cannot sign for other adults. One adult may complete waivers on behalf of all the children in their party. You do not need to purchase tickets before signing the waiver. You are welcome to fill out your waivers first and purchase tickets at a later time.
If you need to return to the present day and exit the Dinosaur exhibit, you can gladly return the same day to travel back in time again. Your dinosaur friends will be glad to see you again.
For the safety of all guests, minors must always be accompanied by an adult while visiting our facility. Drop-offs are not permitted under any circumstances.
If you or your child is sensitive to noise or crowds, we recommend visiting on a weekday afternoon, when the environment tends to be quieter and less crowded. Our busiest days are typically Saturday and Sunday, with the highest guest volume in the early hours of the day and peaking mid-afternoon.
Your admission to Dinosaur Outpost includes all-day access with unlimited re-entry, as long as you keep your wristband. While most families spend at least 90 minutes to 2 hours enjoying the facility, you're welcome to stay as long as you'd like until closing.
Online ticket sales end at 4:00PM Mon-Fri and 5:00PM Sat-Sun. In-person ticket sales continue until 4:30PM Mon-Fri and 5:30PM Sat-Sun. Our venue closes at 5:00PM Mon-Fri and 6:00PM Sat-Sun, regardless of when tickets are purchased or when you arrive. If you purchase tickets during the last hour, you have full access to all exhibits until closing. However, we highly recommend allowing at least 90 minutes to fully enjoy and explore the experience. Thank you for planning ahead. We want you to get the most out of your visit!
Dinosaur Outpost is designed to be a family-friendly experience, and nothing in the facility is intended to be scary. It's completely normal for some of our younger Time Travelers to feel a bit unsure when they first see our lifelike dinosaurs, but that hesitation usually fades quickly once the fun begins!
If you're unsure how your child might respond, we're happy to help. We can open the doors in our Lab so you and your child can peek inside. We are also happy to offer a brief walkthrough of the facility to help you decide if the environment is a good fit. Our goal is to make your visit enjoyable and comfortable for the whole family so please feel free to ask for assistance.
Your ticket gets you access to all exhibits at Dinosaur Outpost, however two attractions do have height and weight restrictions:
- To ride on Annie, the Pachyrhinosaurus, there is a 250 lb. combined weight maximum (there are 2 seats)
- Outpost Explorer Vehicles have a height restriction of 36” – 48” tall to ride
Dinosaur Outpost is a family establishment that strives to maintain a fun and respectful experience for all our guests. To help us maintain this environment, we kindly ask that all attire be appropriate for a family setting. Please avoid clothing with profane and/or obscene language or images, and refrain from wearing attire that is overly revealing or suggestive. For safety and comfort, shoes are required at all times outside of the soft play area. Socks are required in the soft play area. If an outfit doesn't meet these guidelines, our team will ask guests to adjust their attire. If a guest is unable or unwilling to adjust their attire, they may be asked to leave. Dinosaur Outpost management will be the final decider on what is most appropriate for the venue.
For the safety and comfort of all visitors, shoes are required for all guests outside the soft play area at all times. Socks are always required in the soft play area. Socks are available for purchase in the Retail Store if needed. In the dig pit, guests may wear either socks or shoes. Bare feet are not permitted anywhere in the facility at any time. We kindly thank you for ensuring your child is adhering to this policy. Guests who do not follow these guidelines may be asked to leave. Final decisions regarding appropriate footwear and guest safety will be made by Dinosaur Outpost management.
Drugs, alcohol, electronic cigarettes, all weapons (including firearms, knives, hazardous chemicals, explosive devices, etc), skateboards, and hoverboards.
Please note that even if an item is not explicitly listed, Dinosaur Outpost Management reserves the right to prohibit any item at any time if deemed a safety risk to our venue or disruptive to other guests.
Dinosaur Outpost is unable to store personal items for guests, including strollers. Personal belongings must always remain with you while inside the venue. If an item is too large or difficult to carry comfortably, we recommend leaving it at home. Families are required to keep strollers with them throughout their visit.
Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. All food must stay in the café space. Please note that alcohol is strictly prohibited. We are unable to store or reheat food. We kindly ask that all guests clean up after themselves after enjoying their snacks and drinks to help maintain an enjoyable space for everyone.
Dinosaur Outpost offers light snacks and drinks which can be purchased in our Retail store.
Only service animals are permitted in the facility. For the safety and comfort of everyone, please leave pets at home.
Dinosaur Outpost is located on the west side of Town Square, near the intersection of Sunset and Windy Road. You’ll find us right behind the West Parking Garage for convenient access. If you walk around the building, you’ll bump right into us. Look for us near Pho Kim Long, Wiseguys Comedy Club, and MAC Cosmetics.
Free parking is available in any of the lots on the west side of Town Square, near Sunset and Windy Road. There is also paid parking directly in front of our building, though availability is not guaranteed. Please note that Dinosaur Outpost does not validate parking and is not responsible for any parking fees incurred while visiting Town Square.

Dinosaur Outpost offers group pricing for parties of 25 or more. To inquire about group rates, please use the Contact Form on our website or call us at 702-803-2266. Group bookings must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance to qualify for the group rate.
For smaller groups, we recommend the Dino Dozen Pass, which is a bundle of 12 single-use tickets available at a discounted rate. Dino Dozen tickets can be used on any day and in any combination (ex: one visit you use 4 tickets, on your next visit you use 2 tickets, etc.) and are available for purchase in person at the venue.
Yes! Annual Passes are available for purchase in person.
Each Annual Pass includes:
- Unlimited admission for two guests for one full calendar year from the date of purchase
- No blackout dates
- 5% discount at the retail store
Please note:
- Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Additional guests are always welcome but must purchase their own tickets
- Children under 36” receive free admission and do not count toward the pass
