Donation Request Form

Throughout the year, Dinosaur Outpost donates to schools, non-profit organizations, foundations and community groups.  To be considered for a donation item, please enter your information in the donation request form below.

Requests are reviewed on the 15th of the month. Please submit your request 4 weeks prior to your scheduled event. All information for a request must be entered in the fields below. Requests will not be received via fax and/or mail. In order to assist as many requests as possible, we will only provide one item per organization per calendar year.

The Dinosaur Outpost events department will make every effort to process your request within 2-3 weeks prior to your event.
